So much for the religion of peace, love, and tolerance

It has been said by many in the Islamic faith that theirs is a religion of peace, one of love, one of tolerance. Yet today in Senegal Muslim leaders gathered to discuss their battle plans for silencing those who do not agree with their faith. So much for the tolerance of others.

That is the underlying message of this post. So much for tolerance. If you and I do not agree with something then we may argue, we may even fight, but at the end of the day you have your opinions and I have mine. It is what we call the freedom of choice.

Not any longer. If the Islamic leaders have their way, you would not be allowed to disagree with their faith. It would be intolerant of you to do so. But what they fail to accept or acknowledge is that it would be intolerant of them to accept that you do not believe in their faith.

It is a two edged sword that the leaders of the faith are playing with. They want to seek restitution for any ill fated comments or questions or anything that would appearantly show their faith in a bad light. However they do not care one single solidary moment for the ill fated, irresponsible comments made by their leaders and followers of other religion to may others that exhist through out the world.

The hypocriscy, the outright lying, and the total disregard for other people of faith from this bunch of ‘yea who’s’  is a typical sign of how the mentality of certian sects portray themselves and others around them.

Let it be known, I am not a religious fanatic, or even religious at all. I believe in a creator that kicked this whole thing off we call life. Aside from that you can keep all of your beliefs to yourelf. I do not believe in any faith(churchology), whether it be Taoist, Buddhist, Muslim, Christianity or any of the rest of them. A persons “relationship” with what ever God they choose is a personal matter and should not be dictated by man. There should be no ringing of the bells, no calls to prayer five times a day informing me that it is now my time to do mandated prayers.

Having served in the military, and in Iraq, among other places, I have had the wonderful opportunity to see how the rest of the world lives. I have been given the pleasure of witnessing first hand(and not by a story written by someone who heard something one time from someone who might have heard something one time from someone else) just exactly how things work from other regions when it comes to matters of faith. AND let me be adoment about this. For a group of religious zealots to come on the international stage to put together a “battle plan” in opposition to people who are not in agreement with them or their religion is pretty much par for the course when it comes to live and let live. Jihad, kill those who do not except your faith.

I know it must sound to some that I myself am an intolerant bigot. To that I laugh. If you have ever stood face to face looking eye to eye with someone who openly lied to you then you would know exactly what I am talking about. I will not bow down to man over words that he claims to have recieved from God.

Too many people worry about not hurting someones feelings. Too many people worry that it wont sound politically correct to call out someone who is being dishonest (also known as lying where I am from), me I don’t care one little bit if it hurts their feelings. If you’re a liar, then stand up and take the truth like a man(or woman).

Much like in the US, where the voice of the very few screamers supposedly speaks for the majority, the same can be said for the fanatic islamist who scream the loudest for Jihad. It is to those few screamers, abroad and in the US that I would like to say something to…… there is an moment in time when people get so fed up with the stupidity that spews forth from ignorant people that they decide, collectively, to silence it into oblivion.

So please keep running your mouths, keep preaching against your own faith in a language of hate and intolerance- you won’t have to worry about the US coming for you, your own will string you up. Much like Musilini. You’re not clever, your cloak is not invisible. I can see you, so can many others and we aren’t going to put up with it for much longer.

May the monkey always crawl out of your butts.     D.B. Reese
