This Political Correctness garbage has for some time been out of control. I don’t really have anything intelligent to help with the betterment of the group, just more of the same preaching to the choir. By that I mean the only people who care, who appear to care, are people like me who have had enough of what seems to be the murder of common sense of truth.
But, I will say that when we rewrite history to fit our attitudes of the day then we lose within ourselves; where we’ve been, what we’ve managed to accomplish, what we need to avoid in the future, etc. You get the point? Selling yourself so that someone may feel superior may make you feel better, bit it causes those that truly matter in your life to lose confidence in you. In the end though, have you really helped that person or have you given him/her a false sense of right and wrong, good and bad, or unwarrented boost of the ego to continue to do the things that corrupt society?
Who will we be tommorrow I wonder? When we’re needed to be the best.
