DB REESE: Kill Whitey, Kill the Man

So much to talk about nowadays think I’m going to rant for awhile with your indulgence on EQUALITY.

Recently passed through congress was legislation on hate crime. Most people will agree that violent acts against someone for their beliefs, or for their color, or the sexual practices are horrid. I certainly share that belief myself.

What then would be my objection to something we agree on?

If, and this is a big if, I were to be assaulted. And, I had to go to court to testify and the person was found guilty, his sentence would be less than if IĀ convinced the prosecutorĀ that I was a homosexual and this was a hate crime.

Now before anyone gets their pants in a bunch, I don’t hate homosexuals. BUT I also do not believe that simply because they are the way they are that their protection should be greater than my own. In the same sense that I do not believe that simply because you are something other than white you should have more protection than a white person. You should also not have any less.

In passing this legislation congress has decided once again to divide us. Special rights for some can not spell out equality for all. It is discrimination, it is shameful, and it is borderline an attack on white heterosexual men in this country. Essentially telling the thugs out there you can beat up “whitey” and we will go a little bit easier on you than if you beat up anyone else.

Congress and the democrats really got this one wrong, again.
